Straight-Cut (Synchromesh) Gear Set for Peugeot-Citroën MA gearboxes

This close-ratio synchromesh gear kit, featuring straight-cut gears for AX / C2 / 106 / 205 Rallye / 206 models equipped with the MA 5-speed gearbox, was FIA homologated for Group N by Peugeot/Citroën Sport.

• 1st - (41/12) 3.417 ratio
• 2nd - (33/14) 2.357 ratio
• 3rd - (36/20) 1.800 ratio
• 4th - (44/30) 1.467 ratio
• 5th - (41/34) 1.206 ratio

Material & Heat Treatment

✔ Material: Billet and forged high-strength nickel-chromium-molybdenum (Ni-Cr-Mo) alloy steel
✔ Surface Treatments: Gear grinding, sandblasting, shot peening, and Parkerizing
✔ Heat Treatments: Carburizing and cryogenic processing
✔ Hardness: HRC 56~60

Note: We keep the same OE mainshaft spline for the clutch disc: 18 teeth x 21 mm diameter.
