Heya Farha's Merwah & Apple Co-ferment Wine offers a unique twist on traditional whites, blending 80% Merwah grapes with 20% Red Delicious apples. This combination results in a juicy profile of baked orchard fruits and vibrant citrus flavors. The finish is distinctively slightly salty. The production process includes carbonic maceration for the apples and skin contact for the grapes, with native yeast fermentation occurring in stainless steel tanks. This wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a small addition of sulfur to preserve its natural qualities.
